Founded in 2004, Providence Management Services Pte. Ltd. has been providing SMEs and multinational companies with comprehensive corporate services, including company secretarial, accounting, tax, and financial management support.
Our founding director, Ms Loo Meng Gee, brings over 20 years of experience in company administration, management consultancy, finance, accountancy, tax, treasury, and audit. She has held senior roles at DBS, MSD Consultants (a Temasek subsidiary), and Changi International Logistics Centre Ltd.
